- DUES & RESERVE ASSESSMENT BILLS ARE SENT OUT APPROXIMATELY NOVEMBER 20 THROUGH DECEMBER 10 
- DUES & RESERVE ASSESSMENT ARE ALWAYS DUE JANUARY 31

- THERE ARE 3 BUILDINGS; 2 ARE USED TO HOUSE USPS MAILBOX CLUSTERS AND 1 IS USED TO HOUSE PARCEL LOCKERS
- THESE 3 BUILDINGS ARE LOCATED ON CARTWRIGHT & PANAMINT
- THERE ARE NO OTHER COMMON AREAS BELONGING TO THE VCHPOA OR HRPOA



PROJECT APPROVAL

VCHPOA PROJECT APPROVAL:
- NEEDS APPROVAL; FENCING OFF YOUR PROPERTY IS ONE OF THE MOST COMMON PROJECTS THAT NEW BUYERS DO.

NO APPROVAL NEEDED; PUTTING DOWN ROAD BASE  ON YOUR DRIVEWAY DOES NOT NEED APPROVAL.
